Anita's Daiwabo Quilt

What do you get when you take a simple square in a square pattern and add Daiwabo fabrics? ONE GORGEOUS QUILT! Anita has so many different Daiwabo fabrics in this quilt that I could not even see too many of the same print. Daiwabo fabrics in case anyone is not familiar with them, are Japanese prints and wovens and they are luscious! I almost caved in and got out my Daiwabo fabrics to make a quilt just like this one!

She chose Grains of Wheat for the quilting pattern.

Gunmetal Grey thread was used.

Plaids and botanical fabrics  all around!

They all blend so well with each other with their subtle colors.

A wonderful quilt in my opinion!

And precision piecing, I might add!

The backing of the quilt.
