Special Olympics Quilt

This quilt was made by 50 Special Olympics kids from all 50 states. Five quilts were made for the Lincoln Quilt Guild and 4 quilts will be auctioned off with the 5th one put in the collections of the International Quilt Study Center in Lincoln, Nebraska. The proceeds will go to Special Olympics. I quilted one for the guild and the thread was white and the pattern was the Special Olympics design. I had Kim Diamond create the pattern. Great job, Kim. I hope this quilt is picked for the study center! The center block.

Several of the blocks that the kids created.
