Featherweight Walls!

We were in Chicago this past weekend and we happened to walk past this shop with an amazing collection of Singer featherweight sewing machines. This picture was taken inside the entryway looking up to the top of the collection.

We estimated they have 1000 machines on display.

This is the wall on the opposite side of the entryway.

Rather hard to see, but this is from the outside looking up, this would be the front of the first picture posted. Sorry the glare is intense on the glass.

Each side of the entryway had more machines.

The entryway with even more to this high priced clothing store. We walked into another clothing store and they had 4 old singer machines on display, too, just used as display objects. Nobody wanted to sell the machines, what's with that???!!
