Shawna's Quilt

Barb made this gorgeous quilt for her granddaughter, Shawna. Shawna picked out the fabrics and she must really like pinks!
I'm sure she will be pleased with the outcome!

Shawna chose the Soft and Sweet quilting pattern.

The blacks and pinks of the backing.

Light Hot Pink was the thread used.

Nicely done!

This quilt will keep her awake! :)

A Good Sign

Bluebirds were crowding the bird house this afternoon. I grabbed my camera but couldn't get all four of the ones fighting over this house. It's a good sign of spring!

Checking out the premises.

Better get the nest made soon as the wrens will be coming to chase them out.

Suzanne's Parasol Girls Quilt

This is the second king size quilt that Suzanne had me put together with the 24 embroidered blocks that she had done.
Great embroidery work!

Parasol Pano 001 was the quilting pattern used.

White thread was used.

She chose this deep purple for the alternate blocks.

Now each daughter will have a quilt that their mother made!

Suzanne's Flower and Heart Quilt

Suzanne embroidered these wonderful blocks, all 24 of them and had me set them with the green solid blocks to create a king size quilt. Two daughters and two quilts. The next one almost done! A great keepsake for them.

The white backing shows the quilting pattern.

Hearts and flowers in the pretty blocks! Quilted in white thread.

Sweet Hearts Simple was the quilting pattern used.

Darlene's Parasol Quilt

Darlene has put hours and hours into these parasols with a whole lot of cross stitch and embroidery. One lucky daughter will get this great quilt!

Quilted with white thread.

Pretty color combinations!

Handmade U's Tool Aprons Done!

Tools aprons are ready for my daughter's next Handmade U event the first week in April.

The banners are rolled up and ALMOST finished!

This Quilt's a Hoot!

Michelle put this little play mat quilt together. The fabric pattern looks like trees so she chose the Owl Pano 001 pattern for the quilt.  Some little child will love to play on this quilt!

The borders really showing the owls.

Mulch thread was used.

Looks pink in this picture but the backing is really brown.

Cute!
