Carrie's Scrappy 9 Patch

I finished Carrie's Scrappy 9 Patch this week and it turned out really nice. She choose the pattern Beach Party and I used a camel colored thread on it. (You know that you can click on the pictures and they will enlarge to see more detail). Now that the Creative Studio classes are over, back to quilting!

Creative Studio Classes with Al Hutchins

I am running an August quilting discount for just this month, all quilts brought in to me by the end of the month will be given a 10% discount off of the cost of the quilting. I had a lot of customers bringing me quilts this week and they sort of piled up because I hosted classes on our new longarm Statler software called Creative Studio.
We had the "famous" Al Hutchins teach a beginner class and also an intermediate, advanced class on the following day. Al explained the basics to the now 2.0 features and it is truly amazing what the machine can now do and it is only getting better! Al has traveled over the USA teaching and is even heading for Australia and New Zealand to teach Creative Studio techniques.
