Pokey Little Puppy Quilt

Isn't this just the cutest quilt?  Kathy saw the fabric and just had to make a quilt out of it.
It is hers for now and maybe will be for a grandchild some day!

Loved those Little Golden Books!

Honey thread was used.

Dog Paws Overlay  001 was the quilting [pattern.

There he is!

The borders showing the inside of the golden books print. I still have some of mine from when I was young and that means they are almost vintage!

So cute!

The backing fabric.

Nina's Quilt

Kathy made this quilt for Nina. It has a interesting pattern with the red zigzagging.

Blowing Wind Pano 003 was used for the quilting pattern.

Grey thread was used.

A very modern quilt!

Nice!

The backing fabric.

Ruth's Big Block Quilt

Ruth made this quilt for a person who has organized all of their motorcycle trips that Ruth and her husband and a group of others have taken. I am sure she will love this quilt!

It's a collection of black and white prints!

Black thread was used.

Butterfly 1 Pano was the quilting pattern.

You can see the butterflies on this print!

The backing fabric!

Carrie's Civil War Tribute Quilt

Here is Carrie's magnificent Civil War Tribute Quilt! And it is amazing, of course! What a great accomplishment! Mine, is still waiting to be pieced :(  !

The center of the quilt.

Sticky Buns was used on this quilt, isn't it a great pattern??

Dark beige was the thread used.

Feast your eyes on all these various blocks!

The borders with all of those  half square triangles!

I love those fabrics!

Nice Job!

The peacock type print backing, so great!

Kit's Disappearing 4 Patch

Kit made this quilt while taking a class at her church. The group has produced some really nice quilts! Here is her 4 patch that others have also made. Very nice!

Camel thread was used on this quilt.

Sticky Buns was the quilting design.

Almost done, and her daughter wants her to make one for her!

The backing fabric.

Baby Kenton's Quilt

Carrie took a quilting class through the Lincoln Quilt Guild with Mary Johnson on her String Quilts! And this is what she made, a nice little baby quilt for baby Kenton!

She had me put a simple Meander on it.

Lucerne Blue was used for the thread.

A nice snugly quilt!

And the backing is the softest minkie, the kind that makes you want to curl up on it and snooze!

Billie's Jelly Roll Quilt

Here is Billie's rendition of the Jelly Roll Quilt! Made with rich colors in batiks, it's just the right combination of fabrics! Very nice!

She chose gold accent squares in the quilt strips.

Meandering Loops was the quilting pattern.

Here are her borders.

Fine Wine was the thread used.

And her delicious multicolored backing!

Grandma's Quilt

Diane's grandmother made this long ago and she inherited it and decided it was time to have it quilted. It was hand pieced in long lines of triangles and then machine pieced to attach the long rows of triangles. The number of pieces? I didn't count them but there were a lot! Such a great keepsake with all the memories of the pieces incorporated in the quilt.

Looks like 30's to 60's fabrics and there are so many different prints, it's hard to believe!
A great quilt!

Quilted with the Sticky Buns pattern and Lucerne Blue thread..

The borders that Diane added to the quilt.

Look close at this center piece, it's the cutest cat fabric, a 30's fabric, I believe.

Click on the photo to enlarge it.

The backing that was so soft and perfect for this quilt!
