Lucille's Pyramid Star Quilt

Lucille pieced this huge quilt made up of all triangles! What an accomplishment!
Each section was made up of 3 triangles forming another larger triangle and then those sections were pieced in rows. In order to have the darker stars in the white on whites and the creams on creams, pop, she had to do a lot of planning to make that happen.

I missed taking a good picture of the edge of the quilt, but you can see the top edge in this picture and she has the same border going all the way around the quilt.

Sticky Buns was the quilting pattern. Coronado thread was the thread used.
