Gerri made this quilt for her daughter, Lisa. Again, it was made by blocks found that were her grandmother's.

ELC 5014 was the quilting pattern with Block thread used.

Embroidered State and Flower Quilt

My friend, Donna, embroidered all 50 state blocks for my quilt. Outstanding embroidery as usual!!

I set them with the polka dot fabric and custom quilted it. The embroidered blocks were crosshatched and the alternate blocks had a Feathered Star Square 003 pattern. 

Quilted with Almond thread.

The border design was Berry Star Border 001.
