Cora's Winter Coat

| Cora is here again visiting for a week or so, and I thought she needed a new winter coat so here it is, pink fleece, a brown inside and she's snug as a bug although she tried to chew it a bit. It was all made on the longarm! |

| I think she likes it but she thought we were headed outside while I was trying to put it on her. Have you ever tried to put a coat on a wiggly dog? |

| I have a distant cousin who I met on a genealogy yahoo site where we discovered that we are cousins. She has been going through some tough times with her health and so I thought this would keep her warm on those long winter nights in New York state! |

| I used the Whimsical Hearts quilting pattern and grey thread. |
 |
| This is the backing, a very favorite pattern from French General with the berries matching the front fleece! |
 |
| She wrapped up with it when she received it and told me her cat, Panda, slept on it, too! Cats do love fleece! :) |

Ellie's Quilt
